Our Proposed New building

Overview

Kirinya Shalom school has managed to establish and run an educational centre which is found in Kirinya Kito Kira municipality.

In this centre there are three educational programs conducted.

  1. Day care

  2. Nursery Education(Pre-primary Education)

  3. Primary Education

The programs are known and currently accommodates 370 children most of whom are orphans and children from vulnerable families, street gang children, HIV infected and affected children from (P 1-P 7) and from baby to top class) respectively.

Kirinya Shalom School desires to enrich children with Education access according to United Nation conventions "UNCRC" on the rights of a child (CRC) article 28 states that “children have a right to go to school \and article 29 promotes the rights of children to learn to be the best.

These children without clear attention have rights to a bright future ahead of them and chances to reach real people if we volunteer to solve school dropouts, Kirinya shalom school seeks to provide quality and sustainable services to community and committed to vulnerable families, orphans, street gang children and the adolescents are the intentions to prioritize in the struggle against school drop outs.

Kirinya Shalom School has decided to request for funding so as to construct a building creating 26 rooms from ground to the fourth floor for the underprivileged children at plot 2113 kirinya Saabaddu Kira municipality in Wakiso district. This school will have to accommodate a large number of pupils.

Services

The school follows the Uganda’s national curriculum prepared by the ministry of Education, sports science and technology where by pre-school subjects, plus primary subjects such as mathematics, English Language, Kiswahili, social studies, civic and moral Education, Health care and Environment and Science and Technology are taught.

It also offers guidance and counseling, religious Education, Games and Sports, swimming lessons, scouting and guide, physical education, music dance and drama, skilling and devotional prayers every Wednesday.
